After about 24 months, I had some information in my head, no doubt. However... I wasn't actually doing anything with the knowledge. Do you know anyone else like that? That has lots of "information", but no results?

Long story short, notwithstanding some things going wrong in my personal life and with my finances, I came across a "free" real estate training session. It was about 90 minutes and was only 20 minutes from home.

So, I hopped in the car and headed on over. I figured, "Something's gotta give here. What do I have to lose?" I was down to $237 in the bank. I was about to be homeless. My credit cards were maxed out to the hilt and I was totally upside down in every way possible.

The gentleman at the front of the room (His name was Mark and we went on to become good friends after that initial 90 minutes) might has well be talking to me and only me. I mean... I was ready! I was on it! Until...

10 days later I was sitting in that seminar room, with a deal in hand. I set some lofty goals for the next year, one of which was to come back as an instructor and give people that were sitting in my shoes the very same gift that I had just recieved: the ticket to financial freedom.
